1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using 90 Points Life ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
90 Points Life is a personal journaling and reflection tool that lets you record life events, capture lessons learned, and schedule future reviews. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, including journal entries and uploaded images ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that infringes intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to access other users' data; (d) disrupt, overload, or attack the Service; or (e) distribute malware.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service is currently provided free of charge. If paid plans are introduced in the future, pricing, billing cycles, and refund terms will be clearly presented before purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and you retain access until the end of the billing period.
7. Data Deletion
You can export your data at any time. You can also permanently delete your account from Settings, which removes all of your entries and uploaded images. For data-related requests, contact support.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Journaling insights are personal reflections and not professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 90 Points Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
